With the National Commercial Bank (Saudi Arabia) as its dominant partner, Türkiye Finans is a leading institution in our country that has achieved to turn its vast knowledge and experience into a "development reflex" with the vision and determination of making its mark in the future of participation banking.

Türkiye Finans was founded when “Anadolu Finans”, established as the first private financial institution with 100% national capital in 1991, and "Family Finans", which provided participation banking services under the name of “Faisal Finans Kurumu” between 1985-2001 joined their forces in 2005. These two institutions merged in 2005 to create more value for Turkey under one roof and chose to join their forces with the mission to reinforce their competitive edge.

The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) officially registered the merger of Anadolu Finans and Family Finans on December 28, 2005, and the title of the Bank was changed as Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası A.Ş. on December 30, 2005.

This merger accelerated the growth of participation banking, and Türkiye Finans found a place among the biggest participation banks in Turkey in a very short time.

The biggest change and breakthrough for Türkiye Finans came when the National Commercial Bank (NCB) purchased 60% of its shares on March 31, 2008.

The incorporation of Türkiye Finans within NCB, one of the largest banks in the Middle East, added a new and powerful corporate identity to the bank and brought a breath of fresh air to participation banking with its ever-increasing target group.
