"Vakıf Katılım Bankası AŞ was established as a joint-stock company on 25.06.2015 with the establishment license dated 27.02.2015 and numbered 6205 of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency published in the Official Gazette dated 03.03.2015 and numbered 29284 and obtained official authorisation from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency on 17.02.2016. Its entire capital belongs to the General Directorate of Foundations, Bayezid Han-ı Sani (Bayezid IInd) Foundation, Mahmut Han-ı Evvel Bin Mustafa Han (Mahmut Ist) Foundation, Mahmut Han-ı Sani Bin Abdulhamit Han-Evvel (Mahmut IInd) Foundation, and Murat Pasha Bin Abdusselam (Murat Pasha) Foundation. Its paid-in capital is TRY 3,220,000,000.
