The Success of Core: Talent Acquisition Program of Türkiye Finans

Prepared by Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası for the purpose of training young talents from the core and having them become the leaders of the future, the talent acquisition program "CORE" was among the "100 Most Admired Talent Programs of the Year" within the scope of the "TOP100 Talent" voting, which evaluates the talent programs of brands. The "Most Admired Talent Programs of the Year" carried out by the career platform toptalent.co, which aims to increase the awareness of MT and internship programs among both companies and young talents, was announced in June. Within the scope of the TOP100 Talent Program, in the competition, in which all university students and recent graduates can vote, Türkiye Finans' new graduate talent acquisition program "CORE" became one of the 100 most admired talent programs of the year. Held every year with the slogan of "Grow from the Core" in order to bring young talents who have just graduated from the university to the bank, the talent acquisition program "Core" enables young talents to adapt to the sector in a quick and efficient manner. Making a statement on the subject, Züleyha Büyükyıldırım, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Türkiye Finans, stated that they encourage the development of young talents in the Core program through competency-oriented in-class and distance training, as well as the technical knowledge and skills that will enable them to specialize in their new roles. Züleyha Büyükyıldırım said: "We enable young talents to develop themselves fully equipped in their career journeys by using various tools such as on-the-job training and mentoring. It is a pleasure to be considered by our young people as one of the few institutions in our country. This achievement encourages us to do even better."
