Türkiye Finans Becomes Turkey's "Most Favorite Participation Bank"

Türkiye Finans Participation Bank was chosen as Turkey's most favorite participation bank by university students, through taking place in the "Most Favorite Companies" published annually by Realta Consulting.

The Bank took place in the "Most Favorite Companies Research" conducted by Realta Consulting since 2009, ranked 83rd this year, and was included in the list as the most favorite participation bank of Turkey. This year, 71 thousand university students have participated in the research, where shortlisted companies were chosen through focus group studies for students, and then the ranking was determined by means of digital surveys. Within the scope of the research, 66 questions were asked on different topics such as brand perception, communication channels, leadership, and development opportunities, and scalings were made among the participants.

"We believe that the most important power that carries an institution to the future is human resources"

Züleyha Büyükyıldırım, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Türkiye Finans, stated that being considered as Turkey's most favorite participation bank by university students is the result of a long-term strategy.  Büyükyıldırım said, "Providing a strong employee experience to our employees and standing by them in their development journeys form the basis of our approach to human resources. We believe that the most important power that carries an institution to the future is human resources."

"Our approach that focuses on the people led to a positive reflection"

Stating that as Türkiye Finans, the importance they attach to human resources became more evident during the pandemic period, Büyükyıldırım said, "With the effect of our investments that have been making for years, we quickly implemented the flexible and remote working model with four options, which is the first in the business world, shortly after the start of the coronavirus pandemic. This approach that focuses on people led to a positive reflection on all our stakeholders, especially on the young people who are at the stage of stepping into business life. Both the innovative practices we have implemented within the institution and the efforts we have carried out to bring in young candidates, set to become bankers, to the sector have made Türkiye Finans stand out in the eyes of young people."
