Vakıf Katılım Initiated the "Secure Payment System"

Vakıf Katılım initiated the "Secure Payment System" that enables the simultaneous and secure transfer of ownership and sales price of the vehicle during the purchase and sale of secondhand motor land vehicles. According to the statement of the Bank, Vakıf Katılım put the "Secure Payment System" that guarantees the vehicle price and registration into service in cooperation with the Notaries Union of Turkey.

İkram Göktaş, General Manager of Vakıf Katılım, made some comments in the statement and expressed that through the Secure Payment System, they have eliminated all the factors that cause concern for their customers during the purchase and sale of secondhand vehicles. Göktaş said, "The purchase and sale transactions of our customer who will sell and the person who will buy the vehicle can be carried out securely through our institution after the order to be initiated from our digital channels with this application. This system works like this: The amount transferred by the buyer to our institution's "Notaries Union of Turkey Secure Payment" account is blocked before the transaction, and when the sale is realized, money is transferred to the seller account with the reference code coming from the Notaries Union of Turkey system."

Stating that they continue their work in the digital field without a break, Göktaş said, "We constantly update our technological infrastructure and put new applications into use so that our customers can perform all their transactions smoothly and securely over the digital channels they choose.
