"TROY Digital Credit Card" from Vakıf Participation

Vakıf Participation started to introduce the TROY Digital Credit Card to its customers.

According to the statement made by the bank, Vakıf Katılım customers will be able to easily access the TROY Digital Credit Card by applying through the mobile branch.

The TROY Digital Credit Card, which does not have a card fee and does not require waiting for delivery processes, can be easily used in both online shopping and POS spending.

Vakıf Participation General Manager Mehmet Ali Akben stated that as a result of the strategy they established on strengthening digital channels, they increased the number of customers gained through digital channels 5 times in 2023 compared to the previous year and that 94 percent ofbanking transactions are currently made through digital channels.

Stating that in the coming period, they will further increase the digital-oriented business conduct culture that puts data at the center, and will focus on artificial intelligence and robotic process applications, Akben made the following assessment;

In this direction, we offer Troy Digital Credit Card to our customers through our mobile branch. We are happy to provide our customers with payment and usage advantages by adding a new one to our cards with the TROY logo, which are attracting increasing interest in our country every day.
